We know that there are many high school and college literature professionals (especially retired educators) that have favorite titles that they have taught in their classes for years. You are extremely talented and dedicated and you have a love for literature. We're looking for you to spend some hours of your spare time to create something that will be used by more students than you could ever touch in your classroom.

Thousands of students around the world use the MonkeyNotes every day to help them comprehend and resolve the difficult aspects of these books, so that their learning experience may be further developed. The study guide you create will be a great reinforcement of their learning ability and help them to grasp the complexities and structure of literature that they may otherwise overlook or have difficulty understanding.

In addition, If you an extremely well qualified student with the background, interest, and love for literature necessary to produce a high quality and complete MonkeyNotes style summary, we may want to hear from you also.

We have a lot of titles we would like to cover, and the list may change often based on user requests and other factors. Please don't hesitate to email us if you have an interest and you feel that you can do it.

  • Please let us know the titles that you are qualified to do and we will let you know if it is available and provide further information about the process.
  • Please provide specific and detailed information about your background and qualifications when you are requesting a title to write.
  • VERY IMPORTANT - Please address your emails to support@pinkmonkey.com and put "Writing MonkeyNotes" and the title of that book as the subject. We deal with a bunch of SPAM and VIRUS emails each day and that will ensure that your email is seen. If you don't get a response within 3 days, it may have been missed, so send it again.
  • Once a book is assigned to you, the normal deadline for completion is 60 days. Some titles are quite difficult and may require additional time to complete.
  • We hope to only engage people that are willing to complete the project and deliver a completed summary in our specific format during a realistic time frame.

Note: In addition to the titles listed below, we may also interested in summaries for some other titles not currently available in our MonkeyNotes or Barron's Booknotes section that are included in a majority of junior high through college reading lists. Just ask about a specific title and we'll let you know if there is a demand for it. Please understand that although a title may be very popular in your area or school at any given time, we may not want to create a booknote for it for various reasons.
