Let us use a graph to make answering the following questions easier:

Choice E is also incorrect because, if C is the grand -daughter of O, she can be the daughter of P who may not have mated with N. Thus, C and M may be cousins, not sisters. Choice D is correct because if B is the daughter of N, M and B are sisters. Since M is also the daughter of N.
