    As seen in the graph above if R is the only individual, the remaining two members are T and S. So the correct choice is E.

  4. C
    Besides Y, X, V and U, W is also a member who can serve in committee A. As the statement says that it is possible that there are no members of committee C, the only member left for serving committee A is W. Hence the choice is C.
