3.4 Graphs/Tables

Graph questions are like problem solving items except that the information used in solving the problem is given in pictorial form. This type of question tests your ability to integrate data, to determine what information is needed to answer a question, or to recognize that you lack sufficient data to answer a question.

Suggested Answering Approach.

1. Go through the first few questions.

2. Examine the entire graph. Make a note of headings, scale factors, dramatics trends etc.

3. Mark what you are looking for in each question.

4. If the question is too difficult or confusing, skip it.

5. Check the proximity of each answer and approximate.
