1928 - Alexander Fleming discovers Penicillin.

1930 - Frank Whittle patents the Jet Engine.


1932 - James Chadwick discovers Neutrons.

1934 - Artificial Radioactivity is discovered.

1937 - The first fully pressurized aircraft.

1939 - The discovery of Nuclear Fission.

1945 - University at Pennsylvania built the first general- purpose fully electronic digital computer.
